We thought it would be fun to spend a day at Silverwood while we were in the Coeur d'Alene area. We actually drove right past Silverwood on our way to Lake Pen d'Orielle. We spent most of our time on the water park side of the park. It wasn't a super warm day - the sun was shining, but there was a bit of a breeze, so if you weren't in the water, it was rather cold. We did float around the lazy river on intertubes - a lot!! Jackson loved the kiddie play area with a big splash area and water guns and stuff like that. So, we all found a spot to camp out to leave our stuff and let the babies nap, and took turns heading off and having fun!
Here's my adoreable Kate in her swimming suit. She wasn't too crazy about being in the water - but she sure looked cute!!
Here are the two babies hanging out in their strollers! Isn't Benjamin a chunky monkey! He is super cute!
After we had our fill of the water park, we got dressed and headed over to the other side of the amusement park. We rode the carousel.
Here's Jackson and Clara on an airplane ride.
Grandma and Uncle Brian were so nice to let Scott and I run over to the roller coaster. They have two older style roller coasters. I LOVE roller coasters! The line was long, so we only got one ride - it was super bumpy! But, it was fun!
Here's Kate hanging with Grandma!
It was a fun way to spend the day! We didn't get to go on many rides, but the kids had fun playing in the water! Hopefully, if we ever go again, it will be a bit warmer!
